Healing

Wounds don’t heal easily. Every ache consumes our inner self first before we could reach out for help and speak about it. It overtakes you with depression and sadness to the extent where you no longer feel any sort of emotion to react for.

You try to find ways to be happy but you do not know where to begin with.

When you see someone low and depressed, be a healer and support. Don’t walk out just because they avoid speaking about it. Sometimes isolation chooses to end everything instantly, give a chance but don’t walk out from their life. It’s important for both the people to be on the same page about what action should be taken and create a bond of healing and understanding.

It will take time to slowly move forward. You will find a way out, just don’t give up.
