Feelings for Granted

People take feelings for granted these days; it has got so hard to speak about it to someone of why you are sad, whether you have a reason or not.

You go through a sudden heavy feeling in your chest for no reason, let’s talk about it.

Let’s talk about the madness and empty feeling that eats you up for no reason.

Let’s talk about how hard it is to understand your own self most of the time and how scary it feels like everyone around you is your responsibility and sometimes you just have no idea.

Let’s talk about why crying for a reason or no reason is extremely normal, every emotional breakdown is normal and most of us react like it’s a shame or that you’re just grown up. Emotions have no age to express; sometimes you need to cry out what you have been holding on to yourself for so long.

Let’s not avoid someone speaking about it, be a healer. Let them be themselves, don’t let them hold back emotions. Sometimes words left unsaid traumatize and consumes you. Don’t let that happen!
